By accessing or using the iGAMSAT website (igamsat.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies, guidelines, or agreements that may apply. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any changes made to them.

2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and our services.

3. Services Provided

iGAMSAT provides online GAMSAT preparation resources, including but not limited to:
- Practice questions and tests
- Study materials and resources
- Essay marking services
- Interview preparation content
- Access to our online learning platform

Access Duration
Upon purchase, you will receive 12 months of full access to your enrolled course(s). Access begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful to other users or our business.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership
All content on the iGAMSAT website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, practice questions, and software, is the property of iGAMSAT or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use our services for any commercial purpose without our written permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Download or copy course materials for distribution

6. User Responsibilities

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity

7. Payment and Refunds

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current billing period.

Payment
Payment is required prior to accessing premium content or services. We accept payment through secure payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you complete Module 1 and don't feel the course is right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted to contact@igamsat.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

We do not guarantee any specific GAMSAT score or admission outcome. Success depends on multiple factors including your effort, aptitude, and circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGAMSAT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Loss of business opportunity
- Cost of substitute services
- Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iGAMSAT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Copyright Infringement

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

However, if you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, or any other country, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, except where your local laws require disputes to be resolved in your country of residence.

Note: Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those set out in these Terms (including longer refund periods or additional guarantees), those local laws will apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us first at contact@igamsat.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally. Arbitration If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian arbitration laws, rather than in court, except where your local laws prohibit mandatory arbitration for consumer disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and iGAMSAT regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.
